Enrollment is not open yet. These policies describe the planned h Bar LLC Work Notifications program. Wait for a launch invitation before texting START. SMS delivery and enrollment will begin only after the required approvals and operational checks.
h Bar LLC Work Notifications is operated by h Bar LLC, an Alaska limited liability company. The Informed is a science and engineering working group within h Bar LLC.
Purpose and eligibility
This voluntary program serves invited adult company members and authorized working-group participants. Recurring automated messages concern work appointments, travel arrangements, system advisories, project coordination, and customer needs requiring participants’ attention. It is not a customer marketing program.
Consent, frequency, and cost
After reviewing the consent disclosure and privacy policy, an invited participant enrolls by texting START to +1 252-600-2793. Consent applies only to this program and number, is not transferable, and is not a condition of purchase, employment, or working-group participation.
Message frequency varies with work activity and your requests. Message and data rates may apply. This is a low-volume work-notification program, not a scheduled daily messaging service.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to cancel recurring messages. One opt-out confirmation may follow. No further recurring texts will be sent unless you provide new consent. To resubscribe, review the current disclosure and text START. Reply HELP for support or email info@theinformed.org. You may also request cancellation by email.
Your number and message security
Use a number you are authorized to enroll. Notify h Bar LLC if you give up or change it. Do not send passwords, payment details, sensitive customer records, or other confidential information by text. Alerts should direct participants to the appropriate authorized workspace for details.
Delivery and availability
Delivery may be delayed or fail. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on this program for emergencies or time-critical safety instructions. Use established emergency and work communication channels when needed.
Privacy and changes
The SMS Privacy Policy describes how messaging information is handled. Material changes to the message purpose require renewed consent where applicable. Revised terms will be posted with their effective date.
